Why subscribe here, not in the app?
Apple takes 15–30% of every App Store subscription. If you subscribe in the app, your $12.99 becomes $9–11 before Forma sees any of it.
Subscribing on our website via Stripe means we pay 3% in fees instead of 30%. That money goes back into the product — better instructions, better memory, better coaching.
You use your email and password from this website to log in to the iOS app. No separate account needed.
COMMON QUESTIONS
When does billing start?
After your 21-day calibration period. You're not charged until you've had a chance to experience Forma working for you.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account dashboard. No questions. Your data is kept for 90 days in case you return.
What if I need to pause?
You can pause your subscription for 1 or 3 months from the account dashboard. Your memory and timeline wait for you.
Is there a family plan?
Not yet. Forma is deeply personal — each account needs its own calibration. A family plan is on the roadmap.
